Rainy Day Photos – Houston Wedding Photography

What a fun day this was.  My own daughter was married on this day last year, and I can tell you when you are a photographer, it’s a completely different perspective than being the mother of the bride.   As I photographed Shannon and Peter’s day, it brought back so many wonderful memories from last year, and made their wedding all the more special for me.

 Shannon’s dress was exquisite….  and it’s always fun having someone watch you getting make up put on…

I have to say, Peter’s wedding ring is one of the most beautiful men’s rings I have seen.

Shannon is looking very beautiful and ready to get married – I might add, she was extremely calm on the outside.

Peter is anxiously waiting for the wedding to begin as well….LET”S GET GOING!

Carrie and Hiren’s wedding was really two weddings in one.  A traditional church wedding followed by a mostly traditional Indian ceremony.  They are a really sweet couple, and it was a lot of fun getting to know the both of them.  I really enjoyed hearing how they met.  On to the details…

These dresses were fantastic – and proved to be a source of entertainment thoughout the day…you’ll see why later..
